What llms.txt should say for an SMB website

llms.txt should be a short, structured summary of the business. It should help an AI system understand what the business does and where to find reliable details.

Include

Business name and category.
Service area or shipping region.
Main services or products.
Contact and booking paths.
Links to pages that support those facts.

Do not include

Unverified claims.
Fake awards or review counts.
Citation guarantees or unsupported performance claims.

The goal is clarity, not hype.
